If you’re curious about somatic practices that support nervous system regulation, and you haven’t tried Flow Breathwork yet, I’d love to invite you into this virtual, free space. Studies show that just seven minutes a day of breathwork and nervous system regulation practices have significant effects on daily mood and sense of wellbeing. New students in my spaces have been consistently surprised by this unique style of breathwork created by my mentor, Shanila Sattar, which combines rhythmic breathing with gentle movement, music, and energy healing. Whether you tend to lean more into the mystical or the scientific, when we distill it all down, what we’re doing is regulating our nervous systems and expanding what is called the window of tolerance, aka increasing vagal tone, aka connecting to Self, aka strengthening intuition, aka staying grounded and centered, aka feeling good. Whatever your desired outcome or destination, breathwork (and other somatic healing modalities) is an amazing vehicle to help get you there.  Come with a curious mind and an open heart and experience the magic and power that is your breath!
