Art of Breath: Ninuno

Explore Belonging Through Ancestral Connection

Thursday, November 14, 5:30-7:30 PM

This month in the Art of Breath series, we’re delving into the heart of our roots. As women of BIPOC descent, many of us have experienced disconnection from our heritage and ancestral ties, yet we carry within us whispers of our Ninuno—our ancestors—who ground us even across time and space.

Join us in a safe, sacred space where we’ll honor our ancestors, explore what it means to belong, and reignite our connection to soul and spirit. Together, we’ll open ourselves to an ethereal journey of remembrance, inviting our ancestral stories to be part of our healing.

In sisterhood, we’ll breathe life into these threads that pull us toward home, wherever we may find it.

This space is open to all women who seek to reconnect with their ancestral roots, find community, and explore their deep sense of belonging.
